Zantastic

Zantastic is a Sessa 40 Fly from 2013 — and, to my mind, a good example of an agile, sporty flybridge day boat in the class under 13 metres. The Sessa yard is known for its Italian-influenced aesthetics and high-quality interior finish; the 40 Fly brings both together on a compact length.

At 12.60 m long and 3.90 m wide, Zantastic offers space for up to ten day guests plus captain. Most of your time is spent on the flybridge with its own helm station and lounge area — it is shaded by a bimini, has a dining table and is the natural place to be on board. The aft deck and salon serve as a second seating and dining zone.

Below deck, two cabins are available for breaks or shade — Zantastic is designed purely as a day charter, not for overnight stays. The twin Volvo Penta IPS 400 drives deliver the agility typical of IPS and quiet, low-vibration cruising at moderate speeds.

Her home port is Club Náutico Porto Cristo on the east coast — an ideal starting point for day trips to Cala Varques, Cala Romántica and the caves of Manacor. The day charter rate starts at €1,780 in the low season (May–October) for an 8-hour day; in the high season (July/August) at €2,180. Half-day charters (4 hours, morning or afternoon) are available from €1,180.

Included are VAT, captain, cleaning, towels, soft drinks and snorkelling equipment; fuel (consumption approx. 125 L/h) and a security deposit of €900 are extra. Sunset cruises can be arranged on request.
