Description
Bali is a Saxdor 400 GTO — a brand-new day cruiser from 2024 and one of the youngest yachts in my portfolio. Saxdor is a Scandinavian yard that has reached cult status in a remarkably short time with its clean, sporty lines and clever walkaround deck.
At 12.40 metres and with twin Mercury V10 outboards of 400 hp each, Bali is seriously quick — up to 40 knots top speed and 35 knots cruising — and at the same time surprisingly spacious. The T-top shades the helm station and the cockpit lounge, while the expansive teak aft deck and the sun pads on the bow invite you to sunbathe and swim. The wide stern platform becomes a beach club right at the water, complete with YachtBeach bathing island and water toys.
Up to eleven guests can be on board during the day; below deck there is a cabin with bathroom for changing or a break in the shade. Bali is designed as a day charter and is operated by a skipper.
Her home port is Marina Cuarentena in Palma. For a fast, stylish day in the bays around Palma and along the southwest coast, she is one of my favourite new recommendations.
I will gladly quote charter rates on request.
